Dark and White Peppermint Bark

Dark and White Peppermint Bark: First, I must tell you, I do NOT like dark chocolate! I typically would rather pass on the candy than accept anything in dark chocolate! I am not fond of peppermint either ... so this treat started out as one I nearly passed over. Wow, Am I ever glad I gave it a chance!! When I tasted Dorothy's Dark and White Peppermint Bark I couldn't believe what a treat I was tasting! Yes, I am now a dark convert - but only to Dorothy's! I still find 'other brands' of dark chocolates rather bitter with an harsh unpleasant aftertaste.. This dark chocolate tasted so incredibly delicious! The chocolate was smooth and creamy as it coated the way for the refreshing mint that immediately followed! The combination was a perfect of chocolate creaminess that lingered just long enough to savor every delightful moment of refreshing mint!! This amazing taste sensation could never have been captured by a milk chocolate! Next to Dorothy's coconut eggs, this instantly became my favorite chocolate candy! Only ONE small problem ... you just can't stop once you start eating it!

What a delicious candy! Pairing the white chocolate (with
peppermint candy) and wonderfully smooth semi-sweet
chocolate made a perfect combination. Yum!
